User Agreement

The “FlyFly VPN” app is provided and operated by Moonscape Exploration Technologies Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Last Updated Date: September 11, 2026
Effective Date: September 11, 2026

I. Overview of the User Agreement

Welcome to FlyFly VPN (the “App” or “Service”). This Agreement is between you and us and governs your download, installation, access, and use of the App and related services.
Before selecting “Continue,” enabling VPN permission, establishing a connection, or otherwise using the Service, please carefully read and fully understand this Agreement and the FlyFly VPN Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Agreement. Where separate consent is required by law, we will provide additional notice and obtain the applicable consent.
If you are below the legal age of majority in your country or region, you may use the Service only after your parent or legal guardian has read and agreed to this Agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept this Agreement on its behalf.
The features, servers, session duration, supported regions, displayed content, and operating rules available to you depend on the App version, device operating system, location, and service configuration actually in use.

II. Service Content and Nature

II.1 Core Service Functions
VPN Connection Service: After you grant the required system VPN permission, the App can create, manage, and terminate a VPN connection. You can initiate a connection from the home screen and view states such as connecting, connected, countdown, or disconnected.
Server Selection Service: The App may display automatic servers, server groups, server names, countries or regions, and server load. You may select an available server or allow the App to select one automatically based on service configuration. The number, location, load, availability, and performance of servers may change at any time.
Session Duration Service: The App may configure the duration of an individual connection based on the user’s country or region and the applicable service configuration and may display the remaining time as a countdown. The connection may end automatically when the countdown expires. The duration shown in the App controls.
Content and Configuration Service: The App may load banners, server configurations, connection rules, and update policies. Displayed content may vary according to country or region, device, App version, and service configuration. If you voluntarily select a banner, the corresponding webpage may open in an external browser.
Version Update Service: To protect security, compatibility, and service availability, we may release recommended or mandatory updates. An older version may become unavailable after a mandatory update takes effect.
Feeback Service: You can use the in-App Feedback option to open your device’s email application and voluntarily send us a question, suggestion, or other feedback.
II.2 Guest Identity and Device UID
FlyFly VPN currently provides the Service through a guest mode and does not require registration with a name, phone number, or email address. The App generates a UID based on the device and displays it as the guest ID on the personal page. Different devices generate different UIDs. A UID on the same device may remain unchanged after the App is restarted or reinstalled.
You must protect your device and UID and must not use, transfer, or disclose a UID in a way that may cause identity confusion, misuse of the Service, or harm to another person. The generation and use of a UID and related information processing are described in the FlyFly VPN Privacy Policy.
II.3 Free Service and Service Configuration
FlyFly VPN currently provides basic VPN features that may be used without payment. The availability of the free Service, supported regions, servers, session duration, features, and usage limits may vary according to country or region, device operating system, App version, network conditions, and service configuration.
Unless a paid option is separately and clearly presented in the App and affirmatively accepted by you, this Agreement does not mean that we provide a paid subscription, top-up, redemption code, or other paid service. If we add a paid feature in the future, we will display the price, benefits, validity period, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before purchase and obtain your confirmation as required by applicable law.
II.4 Service Characteristics
We use reasonable efforts to maintain the security and stability of the Service. VPN services, however, are affected by network conditions, device operating systems, carrier policies, server load, third-party services, legal requirements, and unforeseen events. We do not guarantee that every server, region, device, or network environment will be supported or that a connection will always be uninterrupted, free of delay, or achieve a particular speed.
To improve the user experience, protect security, support technical updates, comply with law, or meet operational requirements, we may adjust servers, session duration, displayed content, and feature rules or suspend, restrict, or terminate part or all of the Service. If a change materially affects users’ rights, we will provide notice through an in-App prompt, announcement, or another appropriate method where reasonably practicable and required by applicable law.

III. User Rights and Obligations

III.1 Basic User Rights
Subject to this Agreement and applicable law, you may use the basic features of the App, initiate or terminate a connection, select available servers, view service status, stop using the Service, and submit feedback, complaints, or personal-information requests through the designated channels.
We process personal information according to the FlyFly VPN Privacy Policy. You may exercise rights of access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or other applicable rights under that Policy and applicable law.
III.2 Core User Obligations
Lawful Use: You must comply with the laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, and rules concerning networks, content, data, and VPN services that apply in your country or region. You are responsible for determining whether use of the Service is lawful in your location.
Prohibited Illegal Activities: You must not use or assist others in using the Service for criminal or unlawful conduct, cyberattacks, unauthorized access, malicious scanning, distribution of malware, infringement of intellectual property, unlawful acquisition or distribution of data, harassment, fraud, or other conduct that harms the lawful rights or interests of a country, the public, the platform, a third party, or another user.
No Interference with the Service: You must not bypass or defeat service restrictions, security measures, server rules, or technical protections; attack servers or network nodes; consume resources through automated, bulk, or abnormal use; or engage in conduct that may impair service stability or another user’s normal use.
Device Security: You must protect your device, system permissions, and UID. To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for risks caused by a lost device, incorrect permission settings, malware, an unofficial or modified App, a rooted or jailbroken system, abnormal network conditions, or your own actions.
Accurate Information: Information you provide through Feedback or another channel must be truthful, lawful, and relevant. You must not impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, or intentionally provide misleading information.
Minors: A minor may use the Service only with the consent and guidance of a parent or legal guardian. A guardian should supervise the minor’s safe and lawful use of network services according to the minor’s age, level of understanding, and applicable law.

IV. Our Rights and Responsibilities

IV.1 Platform Rights
Service Management: We may configure or adjust service availability, servers, session duration, banners, update policies, and other feature rules according to server status, network security, regional policies, device compatibility, App version, and operational requirements.
Security Review: To protect the Service and users, we may detect, restrict, and address abnormal connections, malicious requests, attacks, resource misuse, and other risks. We will not inspect or retain browsing content for the purpose of identifying a particular user.
Violation Handling: If we reasonably believe that you have violated this Agreement or applicable law or threatened the security of the Service, we may issue a warning, restrict connections or servers, suspend or terminate the Service, or preserve relevant evidence as permitted by law, depending on the nature and impact of the conduct. Where the law requires prior notice or an appeal channel, we will comply with that requirement.
Data Processing: To provide and improve the Service, protect security, and comply with legal obligations, we process necessary information according to the FlyFly VPN Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, retention, and sharing of information and users’ related rights.
IV.2 Platform Responsibilities
We use reasonable efforts to maintain the App, servers, and network nodes, implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information security, and provide necessary rules and feedback channels through product pages or service channels.
After discovering a failure, security incident, or material abnormality that affects the Service, we will investigate, remediate, or take other reasonable action according to the circumstances. Where applicable law requires notice to users or authorities, we will provide that notice.
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, we are not liable beyond the scope permitted by law for a service interruption, failed connection, speed change, unavailable server, or data loss caused by force majeure, government action, changes in law or policy, carrier restrictions, network fluctuations, device or operating-system failures, third-party service failures, malicious attacks, your own actions, or another event beyond our reasonable control.

V. Agreement Modification and Service Termination

V.1 Agreement Update Mechanism
We may revise this Agreement to reflect changes in law, product features, business models, security risks, third-party services, or operational requirements. The updated Agreement will be published through the App, website, or another appropriate channel and will state the latest revision date.
If a revision materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide notice through an in-App prompt, announcement, or another prominent method and obtain consent again where required by applicable law. Continued use of the Service after the revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
V.2 Voluntary Termination by the User
You may disconnect the VPN, stop using the Service, or uninstall the App at any time. Because the App currently uses a guest UID rather than a traditional registered account, uninstalling the App may not immediately remove the UID. You may request deletion of related personal information using the contact details in the FlyFly VPN Privacy Policy.
After use ends or a UID is deleted, settings, records, or service status associated with the guest identity may not be recoverable. This deletion provision does not apply to security records, dispute-handling materials, or other information that must be retained by law.
V.3 Termination by the Platform
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate part or all of the Service if you seriously or repeatedly violate this Agreement or threaten the security of the Service or other users, or if we can no longer provide the Service because of a legal requirement, security risk, technical adjustment, discontinuation of business, or force majeure.
If we discontinue the App or related services, we will provide advance notice through an announcement, in-App notification, or another appropriate method where reasonably practicable and required by applicable law. We will process information we hold according to the FlyFly VPN Privacy Policy and applicable law.

VI. Intellectual Property Rights and Disclaimer

VI.1 Ownership of Intellectual Property Rights
The FlyFly VPN App, interface, marks, graphics, text, software code, technical solutions, service content, and related intellectual property are owned by us or the relevant rights holder as provided by law. Without the rights holder’s prior written permission, you must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, rent, sell, distribute, republish, or use them for an unauthorized commercial purpose, except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.
Rights in third-party trademarks, content, software, and open-source components belong to their respective rights holders and are subject to their applicable licenses or terms. This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
VI.2 Third-Party Content and Services
Banners, external links, app stores, system settings, email applications, and other third-party content or services accessible through the App are provided by the relevant third party. We do not control their content, availability, information-processing practices, or transactions. Before using a third-party service, you should review and accept its terms and privacy policy.
VI.3 Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided as available. We make no express or implied warranty beyond the express terms of this Agreement or mandatory requirements of applicable law, including any warranty of continuous availability, absolute security, error-free operation, a particular speed or server, access to particular content, or fitness for a particular purpose.
You are responsible for reasonably evaluating and assuming the risks of using a VPN service, selecting a server, accessing external content, and configuring device permissions. No disclaimer or limitation of liability excludes or restricts liability that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law or affects consumer rights provided by law.

VII. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Contact

VII.1 Governing Law
The formation, validity, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement are governed by the law that applies under applicable choice-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights that provide you with greater protection are not affected by this Agreement.
VII.2 Dispute Resolution
The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute arising from this Agreement or the Service through good-faith consultation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, either party may bring a claim before a court or dispute-resolution body with lawful jurisdiction. Where applicable law permits a consumer to bring a claim in the consumer’s place of residence, that right remains unaffected.
VII.3 Contact Information

VII.4 Other Provisions
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to exercise a right under this Agreement immediately does not waive that right.
This Agreement will be interpreted and applied according to the principles of fairness, reasonableness, and good faith. Matters not addressed in this Agreement will be handled according to applicable law and with respect for users’ lawful rights and interests.
